- Bryant's Custom Research services include online, database and library research. We also offer specialized field research. Field research is often utilized when the information you require is not obtainable via electronic sources. - What types of resources will be used to locate information for me?
- Each research project has different requirements. Bryant employs a combination of resources to locate the information you need. We subscribe to database services from all the major vendors: Dialog, STN, Factiva (Dow Jones), and Lexis-Nexis. These services capture and offer information on nearly every subject matter.
In addition, our highly skilled online researchers search the internet for additional information utilizing the latest search tools. We have access to major academic and public libraries and rely upon their collections for targeted research, or for materials that predate database coverage.
We also obtain public records, and often interview specialists in their respective fields of expertise as necessary.

- How will you deliver the results of my research request?
- We can deliver results in almost any manner you might require. Many of our clients prefer to have the results emailed; many others prefer fax, overnight service, or US Mail. We deliver the results according to your format needs whether a special font, a spreadsheet, a report, or a bibliography. Your completed research will arrive on or before your deadline.

- How much will it cost?
- Because each research project is unique, each is priced on an individual basis. Major factors affecting the final cost include: time necessary to complete the project, source(s) of the information, and complexity of the project.
Our services are billed at an hourly rate. Additional expenses may be included depending upon the information's source. Every effort is made to obtain information from low cost, reliable sources. In most cases, we also offer rush services for projects that have urgent deadlines.

- What are my billing options?
- Customarily, initial research requests are paid for in advance by check or credit card. For subsequent requests, you or your organization can establish a deposit account, send us a purchase order, or receive invoices on a per project basis. Your account specialist will be able to provide more details.
